The Marsden Primary community came together for the Primary Prize Giving on Tuesday for their cherished annual event celebrating the achievements, growth, and milestones of our youngest students.

We bid farewell to our Year 6 students, marking the end of their Primary school journey and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Middle School. In a special Marsden tradition, current Year 7 students guided each Year 6 student out of the auditorium, symbolising support and leadership as they step into the next stage of their education.

A much anticipated part of the day is the Nativity performance by our Years 1–3 students. Their captivating singing and acting brought the Christmas story to life. It was a joy to see the younger students take the stage with such confidence and enthusiasm.

The ceremony also celebrated the accomplishments of our Year 6 students, with awards presented for academic excellence, leadership, sport and contributions to the school community. Congratulations to all award recipients for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

The event was well-attended by families, friends, and staff, creating an atmosphere of warmth and pride. It was a moving celebration of the achievements of our youngest students and a wonderful way to close the year.
