Remembering the past
A special assembly today commemorated ANZAC Day and was the culmination of our Year 9 student inquiry 'Remembering the Past'. In the auditorium three students spoke about their chosen WWI soldier, then the school moved silently to the Field of Remembrance where a roll call was held and Year 9 students laid poppies at the foot of a dedicated cross. Such a moving experience to remember and honour the men and women who fought for us - Lest we forget!
